    Hope you have been doing well. We are happy to share with you the most recent Salestio Updates. During these weeks, our team has been working on giving more flexibility and adjustability to Salestio for the specific preferences of our users.

    Also, we keep working on improving the beta version of our Etsy integration and on adjusting product creation functionality for the Amazon listings.

    Support to the metafields with the Image and Dimensions types

    If you are looking into ways to add more data to your Shopify product pages, using the metafields might be a good option for you. You can use in-built Shopify functionality to add metafields (Shopify Settings > Custom Data), or you can use different apps to add the metafields.

    Salestio has been supporting metafields for quite a long time. If you wonder how to use metafields in Salestio, feel free to check this article from our blog.

    Recently, we added support to two more metafield data types in Salestio. They are:

    • Image
    • Dimensions

    You can use them, for example, to add more product data to the Description Template when sending products as well as adding item specifics for eBay products.

    To use the metafields of this type in Salestio, add the metafield type, add the actual data to these metafields on Shopify product pages, configure the metafields in the Description Template or in the Creation profile, and send the products.

    Note! Salestio pulls the metafields data from your Shopify store every 4 hours. If you would like to get these data faster, you can trigger the Refresh Metafields from Salestio > Settings.

    Custom email address for the imported orders

    To be able to create the order in Shopify. the email address of a customer is required. It is no exception when creating Shopify orders from the imported Amazon and eBay orders.

    By default, the email address added to the Shopify order is shown the way it exists on the Amazon/eBay order. This might be not the best behavior for your specific store. If you have the email notifications configured in Shopify when fulfilling the orders, your buyers will receive these emails from your Shopify store.

    Salestio has a workaround for the cases when you do not want to add the actual users' email addresses when creating the orders in Shopify. You can configure a dummy email address format. The orders will be created in the selected format. Since the email addresses are not real, actual buyers will not receive the emails.

    You can add this configuration in Salestio > Settings. Select the added account and choose one of the three options.

    • in the order (Default)
    • with selected email. Here, you can create a custom email box with your store domain or any other mailbox. When selected, the email notifications will go to this address
    • with the selected custom domain. In this case, you can configure the format of the created email address to order-id@yourdomain.com

    Support for Product Category in the Creation Profile

    With this task, we added a new option to the mapping condition in the Creation profile. When adding a mapping you can now select one of the following conditions or even combine them.

    • Product Category

    The category can be set on the product page on Shopify. Shopify allows selecting one of the standard product categories

    Note! When adding a mapping condition, it is important that at least one Active product with the actual data existed in Shopify. For example, if you would like to add a mapping for the Product Category "Shirts & Tops", at least one Active product with this value should exist in Shopify before you start adding the mapping.

    Settings for Active, Drafts, and Archived products

    To simplify the search and display of the products when adding them to Salestio, we added the default behavior that only Active Shopify products are shown in Salestio. It helps to avoid showing and sending the products that are Drafts or Archived in Shopify.

    However, it might not be the best option for all sellers. Some sellers keep the products in Draft not to show them on your online store but still be able to send them to the connected marketplace(s).

    You can modify what products can be added to Salestio in Salestio > Settings. Possible options:

    • Active (selected by default, cannot be unchecked)
    • Drafts
    • Archived

    Note! If you just enabled Drafts or Archived products in Salestio Settings, please give the app some time to pull data from your Shopify store.

    Improvements

    • Stock updates on Etsy for the products with 0 qty
    • Full Update option for Etsy
    • Clean up Product Description on Etsy
    • QTY and Price sync when initially sending products to Amazon
    • Sending parent and variation images to eBay for the products with variations
    • Fixed duplicated images for eBay listings
    • Connecting from Amazon inventory if the products have been already tried to send but resulted in Linking Error
    • Price Template layout improvements
    • Show channel for the imported orders in Shopify

    Custom requests

    We had a couple of cases when users requested custom adjustments to their Salestio installations. Here is what we customized for them:

    • added eBay shipping mapping due to different names in shipping carriers on Shopify and eBay. When sending the fulfillment details to eBay, eBay requires that the shipping carrier existed with a specific name. Sometimes, these names might be a bit different on Shopify and eBay. With this customization, we added the shipping mapping that allows updating eBay orders with the fulfillment details accepted by the platform.
    • displayed Amazon order IDs as attributes to Notes / Additional details. This option might be useful if you add more automation to your orders processing flow and would like that the data are automatically taken and pasted.
    • displayed more than 50 Creation profiles per page. By default, Salestio does not show more than 50 profiles per page. If you need to add more mappings, it is possible to add multiple mappings to one Creation profile. This way is actually more efficient than adding numerous Creation profiles. However, there are specific cases when users actually need to add more profiles. We enabled this option for one of Salestio's users.

    We keep working on adjusting the product creation process for Amazon listings. Adding new products might be a bit tricky even if you do so directly from your Seller Central account. We are trying to make the whole process more user-friendly.

    Currently, we are working on the ability to create new Amazon products with variations. Stay tuned!

    Each connected platform has its specifics in the means of creating new listings and connecting to the existing products on your account. Etsy is no exception to this process.

    Our team keeps working on the functionality to connect to existing listings on Etsy.

    Also, recently, we receive a couple of valuable feedbacks from our users that allowed us to improve the ability to list new products on Etsy. Some of the tasks have been completed, and some are still for us to do. Wait to hear more from us!

    Salestio Team is here with more updates on what we completed during the last month and what we are working on.

    Mostly, we worked on the ability to create new listings on Amazon and on improvements to the existing Salestio functionality.

    SKU mapping to sync products from Shopify to Amazon

    This part might be interesting for the users who already sell their products on Amazon. To successfully connect the products between the two platforms, it is important that SKUs are the same on Shopify and in your Seller Central Inventory.

    But what if SKUs are different? Seller Central does not allow editing the SKUs once the listings are added to your inventory. Updating SKUs in Shopify might be a good solution. However, there are cases when changing SKUs in Shopify is not really convenient. For such cases, we added the ability to connect the products based on SKU mapping.

    Previously, this feature was available only for importing Amazon and eBay orders to Shopify. At this point, we extended it to give the ability to connect the products between Shopify and Amazon to sync prices and stock.

    If you would like to take advantage of this feature, send us a spreadsheet with 2 columns: Shopify SKU and Amazon SKU. We will upload the mapping to Salestio's database, and then, it will be possible to connect the products by clicking the "Sync inventories with selling products" button from the Inventory tab in Salestio

    Metafield support for the Listing Title for eBay

    When you create a new listing on eBay, the default Salestio's behavior is to send the exact Shopify title as a listing title to eBay.

    eBay has its own title requirements that might not work for the product titles in your Shopify store. They do not allow more than 80 characters, the use of special characters like ` and the use of the words they consider prohibited.

    If using the same title that you have on Shopify does not work for you, you can add the metafield to the Shopify product with the eBay title. There, you can add the needed wording. Then, you would need to configure the Creation profile to use this metafield. To do so, go to Salestio > Profiles > Creation profiles, and click to add a new profile, or edit the existing one. Click on the Listing title field and select the added metafield.

    Save dialogue the same way as on Shopify

    We are constantly working to make the app interface more user-friendly. At this point, we simplified the process of saving the pages and forms in Salestio.

    As soon as you start adding the data to the pages in Shopify, it will show you the dialogue to save the page or discard changes.

    Improvements

    • Handling of the eBay ids for the products that were stopped and then, listed again
    • Improvements to Search on the Inventory tab for eBay; made it not Case sensitive
    • Setting the default Shipping through the Shipping mapping for Amazon
    • Updating the quantities for the products listed via Inventory API on eBay
    • Handling of the special characters on variation labels when sending products to eBay
    • Bulk actions on the Selling Lists for Amazon by skipping the products not in the correct state
    • Sending the main image to Etsy when listing a new product

    Custom requests

    We had a couple of requests to adjust the order values in Shopify for the imported orders from Amazon and eBay.

    Sellers handle their taxes differently depending on the marketplace and personal preferences. Some users handle the taxes directly on Amazon and eBay and do not want to get the taxes imported to Shopify along with the imported orders.

    For such requests, we adjusted Salestio's behavior not to calculate the taxes to the Total or even to show taxes as 0.

    In Progress

    We keep working on the ability to create new listings on Amazon. Amazon updated the process of creating a new listing, and for some time, we are not able to create a listing in Seller Central if it has never existed in the Amazon catalog.

    At this point, we completed the beta testing of the functionality, and are in the process of adding more improvements to the interface to show the required fields.

    Send products with variations to Etsy

    We keep working on the Etsy integration. Recently, we added the ability to send Shopify products with variations.

    To send products with Variations, you would need to allow variations in the mapping in the Creation profile and assign the needed variation options. Please note that Etsy does not allow adding more than 2 variation options.

    Set eBay category and item specifics for the separate products from the Selling List

    This one is really big :) We added the ability to add item specifics for each product in the Selling List. This is basically a mapping that you add for the exact product instead of adding it for the Product Type or Product Collection.

    With this new feature, you can add more general item specifics in the Creation profile, and then, any specific data for the needed products right in the Selling List. Previously, you needed to add Shopify metafields to send these details to eBay. Now, you can add all the needed details right in the Selling List.

    Allow adding custom value to the Items Specifics for eBay Integration

    As a user, I would like to be able to enter the custom value to Item Specifics fields in the Category mapping in the Creation Profile. At the moment, it is possible only to select from existing options. When creating a product directly on eBay, they allow adding custom value in such fields. I would also like to have the ability to do it in Salestio.

    Send customization info from eBay orders to Shopify

    If you support adding various signatures, engravings, or other customization to your products, you would want to see the customization details on the imported orders in your Shopify store.

    Recently, we added this ability for Amazon, and now, it has also been implemented for eBay.

    So, if an eBay order includes custom details, they will be sent to the Shopify order. They will be added as a link to the archive in the Shopify order Notes field.

    Show only active Shopify products in the Selling List

    With this improvement, only Active Shopify products will be displayed in the Selling List. Previously, Salestio showed all products: Active, Drafts, and Archived.

    We received a lot of feedback from Salestio users that it would be more helpful to show only Active products in the Selling List. It is important for the Selling Lists in the Collection mode where the products are added automatically based on their existence in the Shopify Collection.

    At this point, Salestio shows only Active products from your Shopify store.

    Custom Requests

    The custom requests are related mostly to skipping some of the default Salestio features.

    • Turn off shipping confirmation to Amazon. In some cases, especially when users fulfill their orders with 3rd party services, the shipping confirmation is sent from that service. As a result, another confirmation is not needed.
    • Disable tax importing for eBay orders. Taxes are handled differently depending on the marketplace, and personal user settings on eBay. Some users prefer removing taxes from the orders when they are imported to Shopify.

    Our team is here to show you what we've been working on for the past 3 weeks. Mainly, we worked on the Etsy integration, custom requests, app improvements, and fixes.

    If you have any specific requests on how we can adjust Salestio for you, please contact us. We will check and see what we can do about it.

    Inventory API support for existing eBay listings

    Inventory API was used by the native Shopify eBay app. After that app was disabled, many users faced the challenge to connect Shopify products to existing eBay listings published with that app. The Inventory API did not allow even editing the listings directly on eBay.

    We added the support of Inventory API. So, now it is possible to connect and updated prices and quantities for these listings with Salestio. It can be enabled in the eBay profile.

    Detailed info for customized Amazon orders

    Some Amazon orders include customization details. With this feature, the link is displayed in the order notes in Shopify. The link leads to the archive with the customization details from the Amazon order.

    We are also working on giving the same ability for eBay orders.

    VAT for eBay EU and UK listings

    In the previous product update, we mentioned that we added the transfer of VAT in eBay orders to Shopify. Recently, we also added the possibility to specify VAT percentage in the eBay profile. It will indicate the VAT percentage for the eBay item.

    You need to have a VAT-ID registered with eBay and the marketplace needs to be VAT-enabled.

    New Options in Salestio Settings

    We added the ability to disable price and quantity synchronization to eBay Settings in Salestio. If you would like to skip syncing any of them, you can do so by unchecking the option and clicking Save.

    Another option might be useful for eBay orders when creating them in Shopify. By default, the orders are added with a Shopify order id. Enabling this option will send the actual eBay order id as a Shopify order id. This option is located under Salestio Settings.

    Custom requests

    • In some cases, you don't need the tax data to be imported to Shopify. If this is your case, please reach us and we can exclude any taxes imported to the Shopify store.
    • If you would like to disable prices and/or quantities when syncing products to eBay or Amazon, you can do so in Salestio Settings. However, if you would like to disable the Update/Revise actions from accidentally being clicked, we can do so for you.
    • The imported orders in Shopify are displayed in the Amazon or eBay-generated format for privacy purposes. The emails are required to create the orders in Shopify. However, if you would like that these emails are invalid in Shopify, we can configure dummy emails for Amazon and eBay orders.

    Improvements

    • Clean up the inactive listings from eBay inventory in Salestio. It happens after clicking the "Download eBay inventories" button.
    • Postcode handling for AU marketplaces when using eBay calculated shipping.
    • Improved rounding for the total price for Amazon orders in Shopify.
    • Updates for eBay orders matched by product titles for the products with variations.
    • Check if the Creation profile is added before sending the products to eBay and Etsy. It prevents the products from being stuck in pending statuses.
    • The ability to get the most recent list of Business Policies in the Selling List by clicking the "Refresh Business Policies list" button.
    • The ability to delete various profiles and configurations from the app UX. It is relevant for the Creation profile and eBay store mapping.
    • Improved Default Description template by removing the images. They are not needed in the Description template since the images are displayed on the listing page separately.
    • Metafield support for the listing title in the Creation profile for eBay.
    • Display Amazon and eBay order ids in the Shopify order_notes_atributes

    We keep working on the Etsy integration. The sending of Shopify products to Etsy is almost ready. It is possible to send products without variations. This week we are planning to complete the task of listing products with variations.

    With this feature, it will be possible to add the needed product details on the product level right from the Selling List. Currently, it is possible to add product attributes only from the mappings in the Creation profile. This feature will add more flexible sending rules when listing products on eBay.

    As a user, I would like to be able to enter the custom value to Item Specifics fields in the Category mapping in the Creation Profile. At the moment, it is possible only to select from existing options. When creating a product directly on eBay, they allow adding custom value in such fields.     Hey-hey, this is our first announcement in 2023, and we are happy to share some of the most recent fixes and improvements.

    Support Shopify products without SKUs

    Previously, Salestio required SKUs added to product and variation pages in Shopify to successfully work with the products. Since not all sellers use SKUs for their products, it caused a bit of additional work for them to add SKUs.

    Now, Salestio supports Shopify products even if no SKUs exist on the product and variation pages. In this case, Salestio will use a variation page id instead of an SKU.

    Note! Salestio can work correctly if an SKU field is empty in Shopify, or if SKUs are unique. For now, we do not have the ability to skip SKUs if they are duplicated. So, it is either unique or empty.

    Create Shopify orders by matching titles

    A similar issue was about the creation of Amazon, eBay, or Etsy orders in Shopify. Salestio imported such orders but if the product SKU from the order did not exist in Shopify, Salestio was not able to create the orders in Shopify.

    With this improvement, if an SKU from the order does not exist in Shopify, Salestio also tries to locate the needed product by matching product titles. If the product was located by matching the title, the corresponding message will appear on the order details in Salestio.

    We added the page with the most frequent pages to our support team to the app interface. If you need any help using the app or wondering how this or that feature works, you can always check it on this page.

    Improvements

    Most of the recent improvements relate to our eBay integration.

    • Add the ability to disable or delete links when sending products to eBay. eBay has limits on adding links to the Product description when listing products. Salestio takes the data from Shopify. Previously, you needed to remove the link from the Shopify product description so that it is not sent to eBay. With this improvement, Salestio no longer sends the link, just the text.
    • Allow adding Color and Size variations from the variations instead of from the Item Specifics in the mapping. Depending on the eBay category, colors and sizes are required. They can be added in the Item Specifics in the Creation Profile. With this improvement, you can select any color or size. If there are variations in color and sizes on product pages, so the actual data will be taken from variations.
    • Skip adding variation options to the variation labels when creating listings on eBay. With this improvement, only the actual label is sent to eBay. It no longer shows the option name.
    • Add the "Cut title" field to the Creation Profile for eBay and Etsy. eBay and Etsy have limits on how many characters can be added to the title. You can choose to trim the title from Shopify products so that only the allowed number of characters is sent.
    • eBay: Add postal code to eBay profile. Depending on the shipping policy, eBay requires the postal code added. With this improvement, you can add the postal code to the eBay profile.
    • Make Payment Policy value optional on the add Selling List form. In some cases, eBay allows skipping the Payment policy when Selling products. So, the Payment policy field is no longer required when you create the Selling List.
    • Switch eBay account auth flow to the most secure and modern way. This is required to add support to Inventory API to be able to revise quantities and prices for products created with old eBay app.

    Fixes

    • eBay Order Tax is not calculated correctly
    • The fulfillment is not sent from Shopify to Etsy
    • The metafields are incorrectly displayed in the Description template
    • Fulfillment status is not sent to Amazon
    • Metafields failed to update from Shopify
    • Etsy: coupon amount is not removed from the total price on imported Etsy orders

    Round eBay price to x.95 (custom request)

    Salestio has multiple options for adding price rules when sending products to Amazon and eBay. You can use simple settings like in the Global profile as well as add complex rules in the Price template that we introduced recently.

    Even these options might be not enough for your specific business needs.

    Recently, one of Salestio's users contact us with the request to give the ability to round the price on eBay to x.95. As a result, added it for his Salestio installation.

    If you would like to use any feature like this for your store, please let us know, and we will add it for you. If we have a lot of requests like this, we might even add this functionality to the app UI.

    What's In Progress

    • Adding support to Inventory API for eBay is one of our top priorities at the moment. Deprecated Shopify eBay app used Inventory API to list products on eBay. After it was disconnected, many users started looking for alternatives. To revise QTY and price for these eBay listings, the app should be able to work with this type of API. So, we are working on adding the support of it.
    • We keep working on Etsy integration. Specifically, on the Catalog export part. Some of the tasks within Etsy integration have already been completed. For now, it is possible to create listings on Etsy but only if the products do not have options. If you would like to try this feature, please contact us, and we will assist.

  6. Salestio Settings Redesign, November 29

    Today, we are going to introduce only one update to the Salestio functionality. It is a new Settings page. It has been much improved with a user-friendly design.

    The new Settings page consists of 3 tabs.

    Salestio Settings

    These are the settings shared across different Salestio integrations. Changes made here affect all connected marketplaces.

    Here is the list of options available to configure under Salestio Settings:

    • Email Notifications. When selected, allows you to configure email notifications on the order import and fulfillment updates failure, as well as product updates failure for the connected listings.
    • Location Settings. This option allows selecting the default Shopify location for imported orders.
    • Shopify Order Specifics. Here you can configure specifics for the imported orders ids and set the currency of imported orders in Shopify.
    • Metafileds Updates. This option allows users to manually trigger the metafields updates. If you use metafields, it should be triggered before sending the products to the selected marketplace(s).
    • Default Integration. You select one right after you open Salestio for the first time. Here you can change it.

    Amazon Settings

    These settings are specific to the select Amazon account. They are getting available after you add one. You can also add the account right from this page by clicking the Plus icon.

    Here you can turn on and off the Orders and Items synchronization. They are enabled by default. You can enable and disable the following options:

    • importing Amazon orders to Shopify;
    • updating item quantity on Amazon;
    • updating item prices on Amazon

    These are also the settings specific to the added eBay accounts. If you have not added any account yet, you can do so by clicking the Plus icon in front of "eBay accounts" in the menu on the Settings page.

    Available options to configure:

    • Import eBay orders to Shopify. It is enabled by default.
    • Choose behavior when the item stops. By default, the listings are stopped on eBay after they are stopped from the Selling List. You can set it to remain the listing active but drop the connection from Salestio.

    Shipping Mapping between Amazon and Shopify

    This is a feature that has been highly requested by many users for a long time.

    Configure Shipping mapping between Amazon and Shopify

    I would like to have the possibility to configure shipping mapping between Amazon and Shopify. So when an order imported from Amazon to Shopify I would like to have it imported as one of the shipping methods available in my store. And also when I fulfill an order I would like to have the possibility to match my store carriers to one of the available carrier codes on amazon. Example: Amazon order shipping — Std UK Dom_1 should be imported to Shopify store as "Chrono Express" When order shipped from Shopify store, on amazon should be transferred carrier code "Chronopost"

    Previously, we configured the shipping connection between Amazon and Shopify from our side per users' requests. Within this task, we added the ability to configure mapping for imported Amazon orders right from Salestio.

    You can do so under Salestio > Profiles > Shipping. Click "Add Shipping" and add the needed details. It is enough to set default options. If you would like to get more shipping for the specified services, you can do so by clicking "Add new mapping".

    eBay Onboarding

    We have recently introduced a quick way to connect existing eBay listings via Salestio.

    The complete functionality on how to connect Shopify products to existing eBay listings has been available for a while. Within this task, we added the ability to quickly connect such products right after you add your eBay account to Salestio.

    You will be asked if you would like to automatically connect the products. You can either proceed or skip it and connect the products later.

    The important condition here is that eBay and Shopify products should have the same SKUs. If the products have variations, the number of variations and their labels should be consistent across both platforms.

    The Order Details page for Etsy integration

    We keep working to add more and more features to the Etsy part in Salestio. As you might know, we started with the Etsy orders imported to Shopify. The Orders page was available in Salestio. Now, we also added the Order details page.

    You can check the Order details right from Salestio. The most useful part is that it has a Timeline that shows when the order was imported to Shopify and the error message if the order import failed. This way, you can resolve the issue (missing SKU, for example) and trigger the manual order creation right after that by clicking the Export button on the Order page in Salestio.

    Improvements

    • Handling of Etsy orders imported to Shopify including orders with duplicated items and in the Partially Paid statuses
    • The display of the shipping costs of the imported Etsy orders in Shopify
    • A number of Creation profiles displayed per page
    • An error display when the product id is not assigned for eBay listings (duplicated SKU found) in the eBay inventory
    • Changed the number of new errors displayed on the Selling Product to show the number of actual error messages instead of the number of all messages.

    Custom requests

    Salestio is quite flexible in configuring the app to fulfill the business needs of our users. Recently, we have completed a couple of tasks for some users that might also be useful for you. Please take a look and let us know if this is something you would be interested to see in Salestio.

    • Round all eBay prices to 0.95. This feature might be useful if you want that the prices are displayed with the same decimals regardless of what is added to Shopify price fields.
    • Import Amazon orders with custom email addresses. By default, Amazon creates a dummy email address to secure the privacy of your buyers. When the orders are imported to Shopify, Salestio can display them with your store domain.

    Fixes

    • The automatic stop of the products on eBay
    • "Send to eBay" is stuck in the pending status
    • Delays in SKU updates from Shopify
    • Amazon orders with 2 items are not imported to Shopify
    • Relist, Revise, and Revise QTY does not trigger any action on the Selling List
    • 500 error appears after opening the eBay order in the refunded status

    In Progress

    We keep working on the Etsy integration. At the moment, our developers are working on the Catalog Export and Synchronization. We are planning to introduce it in a couple of weeks. Please let us know if you would like to check the beta version of this functionality.

    Etsy Integration

    By default, Salestio displays all products from the Shopify store regardless of their statuses as long as they have unique SKUs added. We noticed that this part might be a bit confusing for some users. So, we are planning to show only active products in Salestio and give the ability to include Drafts and Archived products per user needs.

    As a user, I would like to be sure that only active Shopify products are connected by Salestio. I would like to be able to turn on sending drafts and archived products if needed from Salestio Settings.

    Recently amazon released a new marketplace - Amazon Belgium.

    From Today Salestio also support this marktplace for all actions - order downloads, product creation, and update.

    If you already have Belgium activated on your Seller Central account, please process for account edit in Salestio, and make it active also there (please notice that you will be needed to re-connect the amazon account).

    Started from this point your Belgium orders will be downloaded to Salestio and imported to Shopify.

    Hey-hey, Salestio Team is here. Today we are ready to announce a new feature that has been highly requested for some time. Also, we added a couple of fixes and improvements to make the app work better for you.

    Traditionally, we worked on a couple of custom user requests to adjust Salestio to the business needs of our users. Do you have any suggestions on how we can improve? As always, contact our Support Team and we will see how we can resolve them. You can also leave your ideas on our roadmap, or you can upvote what other users have already added.

    Price Templates

    Price Templates in Salestio allow adding custom simple and complex formulas for the prices sent to Amazon or eBay. To add the Price Template, go to Salestio > Profiles > Price templates. Click the "Add price template" to add one.

    Here, you can define if the rule is going to be applied to all products, or you can set the price ranges to apply the rules. You can add multiple ranges to one Price Template.

    When the template is added, make sure to assign it to the Global Profile.

    Price margin configuration

    I would like to have the possibility to define a flexible price margin for my amazon listings. Right now on Salestio - Amazon Shopify integration, we have the possibility to define only a very simple price increase. Sometimes is not enough. We need to have a way to set a different price based on different criteria: Based on the product type Based on the product collection Depending on product pricing Depending on product weight Example of usage: increase price by 5% if a product from "Winter Shoes" collection, add 3$ to a product price to compensate shipping. Additional features that could help: Overwrite product/variant price on Selling List level Smart price rounding (e.g. 2.14 -> 2.19 or 2.14 -> 2.99)

    Gateway Value on Imported Orders

    It started as a custom request from one of our users. Shopify has the Gateway field on the Order details page. You can find it in the Order Logs.

    When the order comes from Amazon, eBay, or Etsy, Salestio adds the name of the corresponding channel to this field.

    Fulfillment Status for Etsy orders

    We continue working on the Etsy integration. Recently, we also added the ability to send the fulfillment details from Shopify back to Etsy orders.

    To successfully send the fulfillment details, the order should be fulfilled and the tracking details should be added.

    • Subtotal and Total Price calculation on the imported Amazon orders
    • Seller Central account validation when the account is added to Salestio
    • Allow fulfillment without tracking codes for the items that sent via email
