  1. Salestio Updates, July 20

    New Feature
    Improvement
    Fix
    Shopify
    Amazon
    eBay
    Etsy

    Hello,

Salestio Team is here with another portion of updates inside the app. If you have any ideas or suggestions on how we can improve, send us an email to support@salest.io or submit your ideas to our roadmap.

See the recent quaterly recap on the Salestio Blog

    Open Beta for Walmart integration

The team is actively working on bringing full feature support for Walmart sellers. Right now, order synchronization is already available for all Salestio users:

    • Importing Walmart orders to Shopify.
    • Sending tracking information from the store to Walmart.
    • Updating the Walmart order status.

Check out the recent blog article for more details on the new integration.

Feel free to try out the Walmart features and share your feedback!

    Trading Card Conditions

Recently, eBay has made specifying the unique condition properties mandatory, so sellers have to provide additional information about the state of the item. For cards, the following categories are affected:

    • Toys & Hobbies > Collectible Card Games > CCG Individual Cards
    • Sports Mem, Cards & Fan Shop > Sports Trading Cards > Trading Card Singles
    • Collectibles > Non-Sport Trading Cards > Trading Card Singles

This information can now be specified in Salestio through the mapping in the Creation Profile or through the Listing Data:

    Automatic sync for metafield modes

Metafield modes for Price and Quantity in the Global Profile have got an update. Now the metafield modes support automatic updates.

    • Salestio scans the store for metafield changes every 4 hours.
    • If metafields assigned to price and/or quantity are changed, the Selling List automatically sends an update to the marketplace.

To switch to this mode, go to Salestio > Profiles > Global Profiles and pick your profile from the list. Switch "Item QTY/Price Mode" options to Metafields and assign your Shopify Metafield below:

    image

    Exclude out-of-stock products

Platforms like eBay and Etsy require all products to have stock for publishing, so including out-of-stock items is usually unnecessary. To help with keeping the Selling Lists clutter-free, Salestio now features an additional option. You can find it in Selling List settings:

    image

Enabling this option does multiple things:

    • Out-of-stock items are skipped when adding products to the Selling List
    • Sold-out items are removed automatically
    • In Collection mode, items will reappear in the Selling List after restocking

The switch also appears in Selling Products view, removing sold-out items automatically.

    Critical events

Check out the new experimental feature on the Salestio Dashboard. If you have any critical issues, they will appear as a notification at the top. For example, if any orders fail to import or a listing update resulted in an error, it will show up here.

    image

We are aiming to streamline the app management through this Dashboard add-on, with more features planned (such as a more organized view and detailed help for resolving the pending issues.) Stay tuned for future updates!

    Other improvements and fixes

    • Added support for partial refunds from Etsy into Shopify.
    • Optimized displaying large variation counts in Selling Lists.
    • Added more detailed logs for the Selling Products view. Logs are stored for longer (1 month.)
    • Added option to manually set ASIN in Selling Products view.
    • "Use Warehouse" mode in Global Profile now allows including multiple Shopify Locations.
    • Added more logs from Amazon to show notifications about listing status change.

    In Progress

We are working on bringing Kaufland support alongside other marketplaces. Stay tuned for more updates!

  2. Salestio Updates, June 16

    New Feature
    Improvement
    Fix
    Shopify
    Amazon
    eBay
    Etsy

Hello, the team is back to share the latest Salestio updates! Among the numerous fixes, we have some new features to announce.

As always, feel free to share your thoughts on our roadmap or contact us at support@salest.io if you know how we can make the app better.

Partial fulfillment from Shopify to Amazon

Salestio now supports fulfillments in multiple packages.

    image

If you add tracking to only some of the Shopify items, Salestio will send the details to Amazon. Adding more tracking codes later will also update the Seller Central order.

    Search for SKU Mappings

The Profiles > SKU Mappings tab got updated. Now you can search by Shopify or Marketplace SKU to find entries and make adjustments faster.

    image

    Quick refresh button

A refresh button has been added to more pages: Inventory and Orders. If you are waiting for a recent order to appear, now you can quickly check without reloading the whole page.

    image

Implemented custom request: Link products without updating

One of the recent Salestio updates simplified the initial connection process with existing marketplace listings (from the Inventory tab) by running a stock update automatically. We realize that this change might not be needed for some customers since they do not sync quantities at all. Because of this, we offer the option to skip quantity updates after linking existing products.

Feel free to message the team at support@salest.io to keep the old behavior of the "Sync inventories with selling products" button (link products, do not run any updates).

    Improvements and fixes

    • Added a default carrier code mapping for all users to improve compatibility of order syncing: "Amazon" > "Amazon Shipping"
    • Added Amazon Sweden to the marketplace list
    • Updated order synchronization logic to comply with updated Shopify fulfillment ownership rules
    • Improved handling of rounding errors when using ounces on eBay
    • Updated error text (Buy it Now price is missing)
    • Improved reliability of Amazon order importing
    • Fixed an issue preventing 'View on Shopify' link from working in some cases
    • Improved compatibility with multi-variant bundles.

  3. Salestio Updates, May 25

    New Feature
    Improvement
    Fix
    Shopify
    Amazon
    eBay
    Etsy

    Hello,

Salestio Team is here with another portion of updates inside the app. This time, the team focused on UI and stability adjustments; learn more below. If you have any ideas or suggestions on how we can improve, send us an email to support@salest.io or submit your ideas to our roadmap.

    Integrating "Compare-at price"

Salestio now supports the Compare-at price indicated on your Shopify products. You can utilize it in multiple ways:

    • Add it as a variable across different fields in Salestio (titles, Description Templates, and product specifics in the Creation Profile).
    • Use it as the marketplace price via the new mode in the Global Profile.

To add the new field as the marketplace price, edit your Global Profile settings and set the mode to "Compare at price". This way, Salestio will refer to the secondary Shopify price when updating the listings.

    image

    UI improvements

The app got multiple visual and UX improvements:

    • The search bar now responds to the Enter key.
    • When publishing or updating an item, the app will avoid refreshing the whole page. Instead, only the selected items will refresh.
    • Added ability to quickly copy Order ID directly from Salestio > Orders page.
    image

Implemented custom request: Import FBA orders without reducing Shopify stock

Some sellers prefer to use the FBA importing features without having to manage the stock in Shopify. In this example, the store has 0 Shopify stock for the FBA SKUs, preventing the orders from importing. The new customization ignores the Shopify inventory for FBA, allowing such orders to be imported anytime.

Feel free to reach out to support@salest.io to enable this feature for your store.

    Other improvements

    • Added support for replacement orders from Amazon.
    • Added the "Ship by" deadline from eBay to Shopify Order Notes.
    • Optimized order importing logic for shorter wait times. Order importing now doesn't rely on caching the Shopify SKUs.
    • Improved reliability of order importing to prevent duplicates.
    • Improved reliability for automatic Amazon updates.

  4. Salestio Updates, April 20

    New Feature
    Improvement
    Fix
    Shopify
    Amazon
    eBay
    Etsy

Hello, the team is back to share the latest Salestio features!

As always, feel free to share your thoughts on our roadmap or contact us at support@salest.io if you know how we can make the app better.

    Built for Shopify

Salestio has been certified as "Built for Shopify", now indicated by the badge on the Shopify App Store. To qualify, the apps should be fast, reliable, and meet the highest standards of Shopify.

Getting here involved upping our performance and user experience standards, as well as adjusting the app experience to align with the Shopify UI/UX.

We want to thank all the users who supported the app along the way and helped make this possible.

    Product View updates

The new Selling Products view keeps receiving improvements:

    • Product entries now include images to make them more easily identifiable.
    • Added a refresh button at the top.
    • Reworked the Listing Data forms to make them more compact.
    • Bulk action buttons now always stick to the top of the page.
    • [Listing Data] Show if the product is assigned to a Creation Profile.
    image

Check out the recent stream about Selling Products view: YouTube link

This time, we focused on the key new features and the general workflow: adding products, configuring listing details, and sending items to the marketplace.

Map SKUs directly from the order view page

After adjusting the target Shopify product in any imported order, you can now quickly add an SKU mapping. This way, your changes will apply to any future orders. You can find all of your previously saved mappings in Salestio > Profiles > SKU mappings.

See the recent blog article for an expanded guide.

    image

    Implemented custom requests

    • Option to set eBay marketplace category from Shopify metafields.
    • Include a free item with every Amazon order. Contact the team at support@salest.io to enable this one for your store.

    Other improvements

    • Added support for cancelling and refunding individual items on Amazon.
    • Removed the 999 quantity limit for Etsy listings.
    • Added performance optimizations for removing Collections from Selling Lists.
    • Minor translation updates across the app.
    • Improved the precision of the Shopify product counter on the Dashboard.
    • Improved loading speed for displaying product lists.
    • Added Condition Description to the item specifics in the eBay Creation Profile.

  5. Salestio Updates, March 16

    New Feature
    Improvement
    Fix
    Shopify
    Amazon
    eBay
    Etsy

Hello, the team is back to share the latest Salestio features!

As always, feel free to share your thoughts on our roadmap or contact us at support@salest.io if you know how we can make the app better.

    Upcoming livestream

If you want to learn more about the new features coming with the Selling Products view, tune in to our livestream and ask questions on March 25th: YouTube link

Below are the main points we will be discussing:

    • Add Shopify products to Salestio.
    • Set up Listing Data for single products.
    • Configure Sync Rules for products in bulk.
    • Send products and review the details.
    • Selling Products vs Selling Lists: which one is better in your case?

    Updated Salestio Plans

New subscription plans are now available for all Salestio users to choose from. Previously, Salestio used GMV for order limits. The new plan tiers are based on the total order count, regardless of value. You can switch to a new plan from Salestio Dashboard > Change Subscription:

    image

Previous Salestio plans remain unchanged, and users are free to stay on their current plan.

    Support for Unlisted products

Salestio now supports the recently introduced Unlisted status in Shopify. It hides products from store search and collections, all sales channels, internet searches, and Shopify Catalog — while still allowing access via a direct URL.

To include Unlisted products in the app, enable the option in Salestio > Settings.

    image

    Smart Rounding improvement

Smart Rounding settings just got more precision to help make your prices look exactly as you want. After the new update, you can set the cutoff point for rounding down manually. Adjust the settings in the Global Profile.

For example, to only round down prices below X.30, enable the round down option and set it to 30:

    image

Link active listings from the Selling List

Previously, connecting store products to active marketplace listings involved multiple steps on the Inventory page. After the update, you can use the “Send to Amazon/eBay” action in the Selling List. Salestio will automatically check the product list in Salestio > Inventory tab for matches. If there is a marketplace listing with the same SKU, the sent item will be linked instead of creating a new listing. We hope that this change will make the initial setup faster and easier.

Currently, the feature is available for Amazon and eBay integrations. Etsy support is coming soon.

    Other improvements

    • Improved app behavior for SKU Mappings added via the Profiles tab.
    • Selling Products view: Marketplace tabs now remain visible even when the related account is disconnected.
    • Added image thumbnails to the Selling Products view.
    • Other UI optimizations for the Selling Products view.

Extended support for car compatibility details on eBay

Previously, Salestio supported KTypes for specifying the compatibility of a car part for eBay. In some situations, this single field is not enough. Now, along with or instead of KType, sellers can add the full car details from the options below:

    image

The car details and KType can be specified in the Creation Profile mapping > Item Compatible section.

See the recent article from our blog for more details on the feature: Sell on eBay Motors with Salestio

    Selling Products view

We mentioned the Selling Products view in earlier updates, and now it is available for all users to try. Switch to it from the Selling Lists tab.

When using the Selling Products view, there is no need to create Selling Lists. In this mode, products are presented in unified lists for each connected marketplace account.

    image

The new mode will keep receiving more updates as time goes on. To learn more about how it works, check out the documentation article or visit our blog for a detailed overview.

    Improvements to the Orders page

To make finding the needed orders easier, the search bar has been improved. In addition to order IDs, you can now use customer names or SKUs included in the order.

    image

Additionally, sorting on the Orders page has been adjusted to display the latest imported orders at the top.

    Delay option for Collection Mode

When the "Automatically export new products" is enabled in Collection Mode, new products are published right away by default. The new option lets sellers delay this action by a specified time:

    image

This option can be useful when adding new products to Shopify. Increasing the delay here can prevent situations when the product is published with incomplete information (missing pictures or metafields).

    Other improvements

    • Optimized the error message counter to display only messages from the last product update.
    • Added the Shopify SKU to "Unable to reserve inventory" errors.
    • Improved red toast error notifications to display more details.
    • Added a separate "Connect to eBay/Etsy account" button on the Account details page.
    • Improved processing of certain errors when publishing on Amazon.
    • Handle the pickup shipping method for eBay (the customer is set to "Pickup").
    • Improved error display for issues with the SKU Mapping file upload.

Improved integration with Shopify UI design

We have been working on making Salestio fit the Shopify design better. Notably, the navigation menu has been updated to include the full tab tree, and the confirmation dialogues have been adjusted to match the Shopify style.

    image

In addition to this, the navigation tabs for the different integrations got a new look. For example, if you use multiple integrations in Salestio and would like to review Orders, you can do so from one page without any extra clicks.

    image

Salestio will keep receiving small updates to continue this trend.

    Account-specific location selector for orders

It is now possible to select a specific Shopify Location for importing orders from each specific marketplace account. To customize, go to Salestio > Settings and pick your marketplace account in the sidebar. When the "Import orders..." option is enabled, you can select the Shopify Location for the imported orders. For Amazon, a separate location can be selected for FBM and FBA orders.

    image

The option in the General Settings tab remains available. Locations from the specific account options will overwrite the global setting.

  8. Amazon and eBay modules for PrestaShop: Summary of 2025

    PrestaShop Amazon
    PrestaShop Ebay

Happy holidays! Wishing you a holiday season filled with cozy moments and cherished memories 🥳 Thank you for trusting Salestio to help your business and for sharing the feedback that helped shape these updates throughout the year!

Today, we want to share a recap of the improvements to the app in the last year.

We keep working to make eBay, eBay Import, and Amazon modules compatible with PrestaShop 9. Additionally, we removed the deprecated webhooks and subscribed to the updated ones that appeared after PrestaShop 8 was released. The eBay module is ready in the beta version. Message our team at prestabay@involic.com to get early access.

For the Amazon module, the functionality to create new Amazon products is in progress. This set of features is only necessary for sellers who need to create brand-new product listings. For items that already exist in the Amazon catalog, the module will continue working without changes.

Previously, this feature was available in the Amazon module, but a series of changes from Amazon made the old Creation Profiles outdated. The team is working on full support of product creation in the near future.

Below are the key improvements and fixes to our PrestaShop modules added during the last year.

    eBay module changes:

    • Fixed invalid cron token for multi-store.
    • Added a new option: INVEBAY_FORCE_TAX_UPDATE to force re-calculate PrestaShop order tax after every eBay order update. Set to 1 to recalculate tax.
    • Migrate to hookActionUpdateQuantity for PS 8+.
    • Added PHP 8.2 support.
    • Fix for possible error: "The hook "updateQuantity" is deprecated, please use "actionUpdateQuantity" instead in module "prestabay"".
    • Fix calculation for total_paid_tax_excl value for imported orders.
    • Fixed Handling of Quick and Full Revise from the Selling List view.
    • Return back a quick filter to Selling List view (Filter by Status).
    • Fixed the Global product Search.

    Amazon module changes:

    • Fixed invoice creation for the imported orders.
    • Fixes to fetching data to the Selling List. Resolved error with the loader when clicking Edit on the Selling List.

Thank you for trusting us as your e-commerce helper this year. Wishing you a joyful holiday season and continued success in the next year! Stay tuned for more updates in 2026.

    Etsy

    Hello,

Salestio Team is here with another portion of updates inside the app. If you have any ideas or suggestions on how we can improve, send us an email to support@salest.io or submit your ideas to our roadmap.

Expanded metafields support for Etsy Creation profiles

It is now possible to select data from Shopify metafields in most sections of the Etsy Creation Profiles. The general fields (like product Type, "Who made it", Materials, etc.) can now dynamically fetch product information from the Shopify page based on the selected metafield.

Update your Creation Profile to use the new possibilities:

    image

    Optimized Salestio logs

Normally, Salestio cleans up log entries older than 30 days. To improve transparency and help sellers troubleshoot the issues, some of the critical logs will remain for up to 90 days. The following categories will stay up for an extended period of time:

    • Logs related to order fulfillment and importing (success or errors)
    • Products added or removed from a Selling List
    • Quantity and Price updates

    Implemented custom requests

We implemented some optional features that you can enable for your store by reaching out to the support team at support@salest.io

    • Convert ZIP+4 in customer addresses to 5-digit ZIP codes
    • Add a tag to imported Amazon orders in Shopify to identify FBA/FBM orders
    • Validate Amazon orders for customer and shipping info (in case some of it is missing)

    Other improvements

    • Support for the recently introduced expanded variation limit in Shopify (over 100)
    • Amazon Creation Profiles - extra bullet points are now initially hidden
    • Improved performance for scanning bundle updates from Shopify
    • Improved the display of Japanese addresses on imported Amazon orders
    • Reduced help widget size on mobile screens

  10. Salestio Updates, November 18

    New Feature
    Improvement
    Fix
    Shopify

    Etsy

Hello, the team is back to share the latest Salestio features!

As always, feel free to share your thoughts on our roadmap or contact us at support@salest.io if you know how we can make the app better.

Improved logs in Salestio Order view

Logs in the order view have been expanded with additional messages. When an imported Amazon order is refunded in Shopify, Salestio will display a log message in the order view timeline:

Status update to Refunded was sent to Amazon

After a few minutes, another log message will appear to notify you if the update was successful.

    Etsy Shop sections support

Etsy allows sellers to organize products into groups for shoppers to explore. If you have the groups configured in your Etsy store, Salestio can now support them for publishing products. Check the Etsy help article for configuring the shop sections on your account.

After the sections are configured on Etsy, they will become available to select in Selling List settings. Pick your section here:

    image

Selection from the Etsy Shop Section field is applied when publishing new items or running the Update action from the Selling List.

    Unified view of Selling Products

Our team has been working on the new Selling Products view. When using Selling Products view, there is no need to create Selling Lists. In this mode, products are presented in unified lists for each connected marketplace account.

    image

In this mode, you can add listing information in two ways:

    • Specify it for individual products in the Listing Data section. This will apply only to the selected product.
    • Save it as Sync Rules that apply automatically based on condition matching (similar to how matching in Creation Profiles works). Salestio can use the data from Sync Rules for multiple products.
    image

The new mode is currently in beta and will gradually become available for more users over time. To learn more about how it works, check out the documentation article. If you want to be the first to try it out in your store, please message the team at support@salest.io

    Optimizations and improvements

    • Update QTY action will be started automatically after the products are synced from the Inventory page (quantity and price are updated for Etsy, only quantity is updated for Amazon/eBay).
    • Removed quantity limit for publishing Etsy listings.
    • "Send products with variations" option is now enabled in the "Default for Migrated..." Ebay Profile.
    • "Reset status" action can now be applied to pending statuses.
    • "Amazon log details" button hidden from certain pages.
    • Adjustments to eBay VAT number rounding in imported orders for more precision.
    • Improved Order processing for orders containing Shopify Bundles.

    Custom requests

    • Salestio can now add the phone country code when it is not specified by the customer (based on the shipping address).
    • Additional packaging items can be automatically added to imported orders based on the ordered SKU.

If you need any of the above features for your store, please message the team at support@salest.io
