GPSR compliance for eBay
The new GPSR law will be enforced starting from 13 December 2024. The new changes will require sellers in the European Union and Northern Ireland to provide additional information related to product safety warnings. Salestio implements new tools to allow sellers to comply with GPSR.
To add the new details, go to the Creation Profile and edit the mappings. The same details can also be specified directly in the Selling List ("Listing creation data" for individual products).

eBay refunds and cancels through Shopify
Salestio now supports sending Refunded/Canceled status to eBay if an order is canceled directly in Shopify.
As usual, if the order is canceled from the eBay account, Salestio will update the status in Shopify.
Stop eBay listing conditions in Settings
The app now features more flexible settings for stopping eBay listings. Some options can be disabled to keep the eBay listings active when the products are removed from Selling Lists:

- Items in the Order tab for all integrations can now be filtered by fulfillment status.
- For Amazon orders, Salestio will additionally display the received Amazon shipping service:
Other improvements
- Improved the display of collections on the Edit Selling List page.
- Improved reliability of stopping eBay listings when a product is Archived or removed from a connected Shopify collection.
- Optimized the display of the "close to Salestio subscription limit" notification to prevent it from appearing repeatedly.
- Added display of Amazon seller ID on the Accounts page.

I would like to have the possibility to manage multiple online stores and online marketplaces from a single Salestio installation. Salestio gives the possibility to manage multiple online marketplaces from a single online store, but it will be nice to have the possibility to manage also multiple shops from a single dashboard.

The Product Import app for moving products from eBay to Shopify is also receiving updates. One of the planned features is the option to sync product lists between multiple Shopify stores. Check out the app now on the Shopify App Store.
