Amazon-related changes
- Salestio will now transfer Shopify order ID to Amazon as "Seller Order ID". This way, you can look up the Shopify order by referencing the note in Seller Central.
- New options added to the Settings tab for Amazon accounts: it is now possible to process refunds in Shopify. After marking a Shopify order as refunded or canceled, Salestio will send this information to Seller Central. Enable these options to make use of the feature:
- FBA listings will no longer be downloaded to the Salestio Inventory page. If you need to enable downloading of FBA listings, please reach out to support@salest.io
Better SKU mapping management
Added delete button for SKU mappings. If you want to delete it, go to the "SKU mapping file" section in Salestio settings:
Extended options to set up Auction pricing rules
Previously, Salestio allowed setting a Price Ratio for listing new auctions. This way, Shopify prices would be multiplied by the ratio before listing on eBay. It is now possible to set a custom price for the Auction listing type in the eBay Profile. Selling Lists that use this profile will apply the selected price to every item. Select "Custom" in the "Auction Price Mode" field to start entering prices.
Receive shipping method updates from Etsy
If a shipping method updates on Etsy, Salestio will update the Shopify order accordingly. One example where this change is useful is if the customer selects a shipping upgrade during checkout: Salestio will update the Shopify order to the upgraded shipping.
Customize titles for individual eBay listings
Listing creation data dialogue in the Selling List now gets a new field: "Listing title". You can open the "Listing creation data" menu for any product in the Selling List and set a specific title only for this item:
Etsy gift messages
Salestio will now receive the gift message from Etsy and import it to the Shopify order. In Shopify, you can find this information in the Order Notes section.
Smaller changes and improvements
- Listing remains active on eBay when at least one variation is sold out.
- Improved reconnecting process for expired Etsy and inactive eBay accounts.
- "Not more than" quantity mode now updates marketplace stock every time it changes in Shopify.
- US state is now shown in the customer address on imported Amazon orders.
