Salestio Updates, December 16
Hello,
Salestio Team is here with another portion of updates inside the app. If you have any ideas or suggestions on how we can improve, send us an email to support@salest.io or submit your ideas to our roadmap.
Expanded metafields support for Etsy Creation profiles
It is now possible to select data from Shopify metafields in most sections of the Etsy Creation Profiles. The general fields (like product Type, "Who made it", Materials, etc.) can now dynamically fetch product information from the Shopify page based on the selected metafield.
Update your Creation Profile to use the new possibilities:

Optimized Salestio logs
Normally, Salestio cleans up log entries older than 30 days. To improve transparency and help sellers troubleshoot the issues, some of the critical logs will remain for up to 90 days. The following categories will stay up for an extended period of time:
- Logs related to order fulfillment and importing (success or errors)
- Products added or removed from a Selling List
- Quantity and Price updates
Implemented custom requests
We implemented some optional features that you can enable for your store by reaching out to the support team at support@salest.io
- Convert ZIP+4 in customer addresses to 5-digit ZIP codes
- Add a tag to imported Amazon orders in Shopify to identify FBA/FBM orders
- Validate Amazon orders for customer and shipping info (in case some of it is missing)
Other improvements
- Support for the recently introduced expanded variation limit in Shopify (over 100)
- Amazon Creation Profiles - extra bullet points are now initially hidden
- Improved performance for scanning bundle updates from Shopify
- Improved the display of Japanese addresses on imported Amazon orders
- Reduced help widget size on mobile screens

The Product Import app is getting regular updates. In future updates, we are working on adding Amazon support. Check out Product Import on the Shopify App Store:
As we mentioned earlier, the team is working on the new Selling Products view — an alternative way to see all products and marketplaces in one view. To learn more about how it works, check out the documentation article. If you want to be among the first users to try the new feature, please feel free to message the team at support@salest.io
